At Riwaaz Kurta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and tags are intact.

Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the kurta is folded neatly in its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices included for a smooth inspection.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be initiated or your new size will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
